Half-dried tomatoes are sweet and almost caramelized. Slow roasting brings out the natural sugars of the tomato.
These add beautiful color and texture to your at-home cheeseboards. We suggest serving with your favorite washed rind (we love Cabra La Mancha from Firefly Farms), Parmesan, fresh Mozzarella, Ricotta, or on top of a salad or sandwich!
What you need:
Grape Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons of really good olive oil
Kosher Salt
What to do:
Roast at 300 F for 1 hour and 20 minutes
Pull them out of the oven when they start to shrivel up and look a little dried but before they start to brown.
